The Little Naturalist is a South African sensory play brand offering nature-inspired messy play products, sensory kits, and related accessories for children.

2. Product Information

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, photographs, colours, and details are accurate.

As many of our products are handmade, natural, or individually prepared, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur.

3. Adult Supervision & Safety

Our products are designed for supervised sensory play.

Some items may contain small parts and could present a choking hazard for young children.

Adult supervision is required during play.
Products are not intended for consumption.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining suitability for their child.

Please discontinue use if any product becomes damaged.

4. Allergies & Sensitivities

While we aim to use child-friendly materials wherever possible, parents and caregivers remain responsible for checking ingredients and monitoring children for allergies or sensitivities.

If you have concerns before purchasing, please contact us.

5. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

a pricing error occurs,
stock becomes unavailable,
fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided is accurate.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our sensory products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

the incorrect item was received, or
the item arrived damaged.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

Approved refunds or replacements are handled at our discretion.

8. Limited Edition Products

Limited edition themes and seasonal products are available while stocks last and may not be restocked once sold out.

9. Intellectual Property
