Play & Sensory Kits
Our kits are generally designed for little explorers aged 2+ years. Some materials may contain small parts, so adult supervision is always recommended during play.
While many of our elements are made using food-based ingredients, our kits are designed for play — not for eating. We always recommend supervised play, especially for little ones who still explore with their mouths.
Yes! Most of our elements are designed to be enjoyed again and again with dry, clean play and proper storage.
We recommend storing sensory materials in airtight containers or sealed bags in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Our sensory materials are designed to be low-mess, but sensory play can sometimes get a little adventurous. We recommend using a tray or wipeable surface during play.
Yes — every kit arrives beautifully prepared and ready for little hands to explore.

Yes — we currently offer nationwide shipping across South Africa.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll always do our best to get your little explorer’s kit to you as quickly as possible.
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:
Express Delivery (1–2 business days)
Delivered directly to your door via our express courier service.
PUDO Locker to Door (3–5 business days)
Your parcel is sent through the PUDO network and delivered directly to your chosen address.
PUDO Locker to Kiosk (3–5 business days)
Collect your order from a participating PUDO kiosk or pickup point that is most convenient for you.
PUDO Locker to Locker (3–5 business days)
A budget-friendly option where your parcel is delivered to your selected PUDO locker for collection at a time that suits you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or for outlying areas.
Important: If you select PUDO Locker to Locker or PUDO Locker to Kiosk, please enter the address of the locker or kiosk where you would like to collect your parcel as your delivery address during checkout.
We are unable to select a collection point on your behalf or automatically assign the nearest location. Please use the PUDO location finder below to identify your preferred collection point before placing your order.
Yes — once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to you.

Due to the nature of our sensory play products, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or used.
If there is an issue with your order or something arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.

Sensory play can sometimes be beautifully messy — and that’s part of the magic. We encourage open-ended exploration, creativity, and play that doesn’t need to look perfect to be meaningful.
